Wegen unsere Urlaub untervermieten wir seit 18.08.2019 bis 01.09.2019 das Zimmer (mit umwandelbarem Sofa als Bett) in unsere Wohnung mit großem Balkon in Erlangen, Geschwister-Scholl-Straße. Die Wohnung ist mit einer Waschmaschine in der Küche, einer Mikrowelle, einem Backofen und allem Nötigem ausgestattet.
Wir haben auch eine kleine Bartheke und einige Getränke, die Sie auf dem Balkon genießen können.
Die Lage ist ruhig und zentral, nur 8 min mit dem Bus oder 15 min mit dem Fahrrad zum Erlanger Hauptbahnhof und ins Stadtzentrum. Die S-bahn-Station "Erlangen Paul-Gossen-Str" ist nur 10 min zu Fuß entfernt. Direkt vor dem Haus halten die Buslinien 284 und 294.
Es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, 10 min zu Fuß entfernt ein Lidl-Supermarkt. Direkt vor dem Haus gibt es einen türkischen Supermarkt, eine Apotheke, eine Bank und eine Bäckerei.
Der Festpreis ist 290 inklusive Strom und Internet.
Because of our vacation we sublet from 18.08.2019 till 1.09.2019 the room (with convertible sofa as bed) in our apartment with a big balcony located in Erlangen, Geschwister-Scholl-Strasse. The apartment is equipped with washing machine in the apartment, microwave, oven and everything what you need.
We also have a small bar counter with some drinks which you can enjoy on the balcony.
The price is 290 including everything.
