The apartment is on the 1st floor of a newly renovated and refurbished apartment building.

It has a large living and dining area with a large, comfortable couch and a large dining table, a wall unit and a few other pieces of furniture.

The kitchen is fully equipped (with dishwasher), the bathroom has a bathtub, two wash basins and a window.

The first bedroom has a bunk bed, a huge built-in wardrobe and a shelf, and on request also some children's toys such as a play kitchen.

The second bedroom has a comfortable sofa bed, a desk and the same huge built-in wardrobe.

From the dining area you can reach the balcony, which faces east, so you have sun in the morning.

There is a private washing machine in the laundry room.

Sie verfügt über einen großen Wohn-und Essbereich mit großer, bequemer Couch und einem großen Esstisch, einer Wohnwand und einigen weiteren Möbelstücken.

Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (mit Spülmaschine), das Bad hat eine Badewanne, einen großen Waschtisch mit zwei Waschbecken und ein Fenster.
