Hello all,
We have a 54 sqm apartment ( one living room, one bed room, Kitchen furnished and bathroom) available during December in Erlangen Süd (Breslauer str 4) near Siemens Campus. The total rent of the apartment is 700 Euros which I pay currently (But definitely I don't expect this complete rent from you for the reasons posted below). However this rent is negotiable and if you are interested to rent it only for few weeks in December thats also fine and the rent will be calculated accordingly.
Since we are moving to a new apartment, we would still have this old apartment in december and would like to rent for people who are looking for any sort of temporary accommodation. Would be ideal for students who are new to Erlangen. Please pm if interested for further details.
