Nice fully furnished apartment with a huge living room and a very spacious bedroom which includes a nice balcony. The apartment is very bright and has double glass windows for sound and cold protection. Bed, wardrobe, comoda, sofa, tables, TV, and full kitchen (including washing machine) stays in the house for free. Laminate floor in bedroom and living room and linoleum in kitchen and bath. Cozy bathroom with bath tub and a big window.
The apartment is located at about 200 m from both Lorlebergplatz and Zollhaus, where several busses can be taken to downtown or other areas of the city. The main train station is only 12 min and the Arcaden about 10 min by foot. There is a supermarket at 50-70 m, a pharmacy also nearby (200 m) and an ice cream shop right under the apartment, ideal for summer time! The area is full of life but quite during night.
Visits to the apartment are possible with a previous appoitment during the week (from Monday to Friday) from 6:30 to 8:30 in the evening. During the weekend the flat can be seen most of the day from 10:00 in the morning. Please contact me to arrange an appoitment. Student will be required an endorsement from parents.
