Since next month we will move to another flat, we need to search another tenant. The flat is ca. 45 m2 that consist 2 rooms (1 living room, 1 bedroom), 1 bathroom, and corridor. The basic rent is 360 EUR per month, with the utility cost (heater, hot water, electricity) 80 EUR (for 1 person) or 120 EUR (for 2 persons). Internet cost is 15 EUR, we share it with our neighbor.
The landlord prefer long term contract (e.g. 2 years) and new tenant should has liability insurance (Haftpflichtversicherung) to make sure all equipment are covered by insurance.
Location is in the city central, ca. 400 meters from Kaufland, 15 meters from bus station, and 700 meters from Schloss Erlangen.
The Flat is equipped with washing machines, small kitchen, and kitchen cabinets. In the flat we have a bed (for double person), a cupboard, and a desk, we expect that new tenants will buy all of these stuffs with rational precise.
