Für unsere Traumwohnung im Erlangener Stadtzentrum suchen wir zum 1. August einen Nachmieter, eintweder eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar. Für eine WG ist die Wohnung nicht tauglich, da eins der Zimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist. Die Küche (außer dem Kühlschrank) gehört zur Wohnung, das Bad ist sehr groß und hat eine Beadewanne. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten und ist sehr gemütlich.
Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz gehört zur Wohnung, sein Preis ist schon in die Miete miteinbezogen.
Wahrscheinlich werden wir den Kühlschrank und die Waschmachine dem Nachmieter verkaufen wollen, der Preis ist eine Verhandlungssache.

We are searching for a new tenant for our dream flat in Erlangen city center, starting from the 1st of August. The flat is perfect for a single person or a couple, but is not suitable for a flatshare, because one of the rooms is connected with the kitchen. The kitchen (except the fridge) belongs to the flat. the bathroom is quite large and has a bathtub. The flat is really nice and cosy.
There is a garage which belongs to the flat, its price is already included into the rent.
Probably we will want to sell our fridge and the washing machine to the next tenant, the price is negotiable.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sowie die Einkaufsstraße sind sehr in der Nähe. Die Bushaltestelle Werner-von-Siemens-Str. liegt direkt vor der Haustür.

The flat is situated in a very central location, all the shops and the shopping street are very fast to reach. The bus stop Werner-von-Siemens-Str. is one minute walk distance form the building.
