Studio - Kleine Wohnung zur Untermiete

Hallo! Mein Name ist Ludmila. Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem Studio oder einer kleinen Wohnung (wenn möglich mit Anmeldung) in Essen ab Juli. Mein Budget ist 700-800 maximal.

Wer bin ich und was suche ich?
Ich bin 34 und komme aus Argentinien. Ich bin im letzten Januar beruflich nach Essen gezogen und es hat mir sehr gut gefallen, deshalb suche ich eine neue Wohnung in der Stadt. Ich arbeite in einem Architekturbüro in der Nähe von Dortmund, daher finde ich die Lage in der Stadt perfekt, um meine Arbeit mit dem Rest meiner Aktivitäten zu verbinden. Das Wichtigste für mich ist, dass es eine gute Verbindung zum Hauptbahnhof hat.

Wie bin ich als Mieter?
Ich bin ein ruhiger, freundlicher und flexibler Person. Normalerweise verbringe ich nicht viel Zeit zu Hause, da ich Vollzeit arbeite, ich gehe ins Fitnessstudio und an den Wochenenden bin ich gerne draußen, sowohl im Winter als auch im Sommer! Wenn ich zu Hause bin, koche ich gerne und schaue Filme. Ich bin sehr vorsichtig und verantwortlich und ich mag es, alles ordentlich und sauber zu halten.
Bis jetzt habe ich in einer WG gelebt und meine Mitbewohner können das bestätigen :)!

Who am I and what I am looking for?
I am 34 years old and come from Argentina. I moved to Essen for work last January and I liked it very much, so I am looking for a new place to stay in the area. I work in an architectural office outside of Dortmund, therefore I found the city location perfect to combine my work with the rest of my activities. What is most important to me is that it is well connected to the Central Station.

How am I as a tenant?
I am a quiet, easygoing, and flexible person. I usually don't spend much time at home since I work full-time, I go to the gym and on weekends I like to be outside both in winter and summer! When I am at home, I like to cook and watch movies. I am very careful and accountable, I like to keep everything tidy and clean.
Until now I have been living in a WG and my roommates can confirm this :)!
