You will not share with another person in one room whom you dont know.
It means you have your own room and privacy.
There are 2 separate bed rooms. We are looking for another one to share with this apartment.
This is fully equipped cozy apartment at green residential district with nice houses surroundings.
One fully equipped Kitchen with refrigerator, Oven, microwave, dishwasher, water cooker, toster and coffee machine.
One fully equipped Bathrooms with shower and tube, washing machine and dryer. we also provide towes as well.
One Sunny Balcony facing west side, it is sunny in the relax afternon and evening.
U12 Straßenbahn, Bus78 and S8/9.
By walking it takes 5 min to near train/tram station from apartment.
1 stop 5 min to central station by train
3 stops 10 min to city center by train
3 tops 8 min to airport.
5 Km to Commerzbank Arena
I am working as finance controller in an international company in Germany for 9 years. But I am not typical finance person, I am very social, energetic, flexible and open-minded lady who likes to listen and share something new and positive with others.
I am also Airbnb super host and have 3 years experiences to rent my apartment and have had 330 very good reviews.
But on this website, I am new one but would like to have different renting experience. If you have any questions and concern, just openly talk to me. Communication is always important.
Actually I have a couple of apartments with 1 room to 4 rooms. Depends on your expectation and budget, I am very sure I can help to choose the right one for you. I am not the host who just give the key to my guest, I will be the support all the time during your stay. But sure you have your privacy. I also had a lot of experience to share apartment with people, I DON'T share apartment only: I take my guests as my friends or even family members. We spent time and enjoyed life together. You can also always learn something from different people. That was very interesting and valuable experiences.
