Hi there,
I am subletting my wonderful 46sqm apartment with a balcony in the center of Frankfurt to a responsible and calm tenant for the period between 30th of April and 28th of May 2024.
The apartment is bright, spacious and has a very nice distance to all relevant centre locations and is situated right next to the Main.
On the photos you can see the entire apartment, and a glimpse of the neighborhood around the house. In case you are interested don't hesitate to contact me for further details. The apartment has been treated with care since day one, that's why I am looking for a decent person, who will treat it with the same care.
Clean towels and sheets will be provided.
The price is based on a four weeks tenure of my monthly fixed costs for one person. In case you plan to be here as a couple, I will charge a bit extra. Kindly understand that I will only accept tenants with a German liability insurance (Haftpflichtversicherung).

In 3 minutes walking you are at the Main, the Dom/Römer U Station is 3 minutes away and Konstablerwache/Zeil is a 10 minute walk from the house. Supermarkets are also in 10 minute walking distance.
In the neighborhood of Altstadt you can find many restaurants with different kind of food and a lot of tourists, visiting the Frankfurter Römer and the Altstadt in general.
Just next to the house there is U4/U5 Dom/Römer station, getting you through the city easily.
