The apartment is very centrally located and you can reach everything you need on foot. The three rooms (children's room, parents and living room) are complemented by kitchen and bathroom.

I would leave some furniture in the apartment, so that one can move in directly:
A relatively new Pax wardrobe, the red-white wall shelves, as also the Malm chest of drawers and Kallax shelves would like to be left in the room by my flatmate (see tee below). Optionally, he also offers his bed, another shelf and storage cubes. As well as furniture of the kitchen with stove and dishwasher and guard machine in the bathroom can be taken over. You will find extra storage space in our cellar compartment. The house was completely renovated before we moved in five years ago.
Therefore, in addition to the furniture in the room, the tee includes the other common goods in the shared flat in the kitchen and bathroom, i.e. all kitchen shelves and utensils as well as stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine.
The apartment has a total living space of approx. 82 m2. There is also a lockable cellar compartment.

Hallo, wir suchen einen Nachmieter. Aktuell wohnen wir noch zu dritt, wir werden die WG aber auflösen, da wir uns alle neu orientieren.
Die Wohung ist super zentral gelegen und man erreicht alles zu Fuß, was man braucht. Die drei Zimmer (Kinderzimmer, Eltern und Wohnzimmer) werden ergänzt von Küche und Bad.

Einige Einrichtungsgegenstände würde ich in der Wohnung lassen, sodass man schon direkt einziehen kann:
Einen relativ neuen Pax-Kleiderschrank, die rot-weißen Wandregale, sowie die Malm-Kommode und Kallax-Regale möchte mein Mitbewohner gern im Zimmer stehen lassen (siehe Abschlag oben). Optional bietet er noch sein Bett, ein weiteres Regal und Stauraum-Würfel an. Sowie Möbel der Küche mit Herd und Spülmaschine und Wachmaschine im Bad können übernommen werden. Extra Stauraum findest Du in unserem Kellerabteil. Das Haus wurde vor unserem Einzug vor fünf Jahren kernsaniert.
Der Abschlag beinhaltet daher neben den Möbeln im Zimmer auch die übrigen Gemeinschaftsgüter in der WG in Küche und Bad, d. h. alle Küchenregale und Utensilien sowie Herd, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt ca. 82 m2 Wohnfläche. Hinzu kommt noch ein verschließbarer Kellerabteil.
