I am looking for someone to take over my apartment as I will be moving to London with my partner as she has found a job there which started September 2019. I have an on going contract with the people whom own the building, this fifth floor apartment would be perfect for a family or even a couple of friends to create a WG. There is an option if you like the furniture to buy over the pieces that best work for your personal taste, this could definitely be negotiated! There is overall a minimal, Nordic style to the apartment with plenty of breathing space and each furniture piece have plenty of usability, versatility and overall meaning to the space.
We also have internet in the apartment if you wish to take this over we can gladly switch our accounts so that Internet is set up in the apartment of yourself when you move in. And there is also cable TV. This is up to you.
Centrally located, only two blocks from the Rhine and one block from Römer in the Altstadt of Frankfurt. Walk north where there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, the Zeil is a short walk away, Hauptwache is only an 8 - 10 minute walk, there is Lidl, Galeria Kaufhauf and Rewe also within walking distance.
