My 85sqm flat in Bahnhofviertel is available from early/mid June 2023 to end of September 2023.
It has one east facing one bedroom, east facing study/guest bedroom, two bathrooms, one kitchen and living area which opens up to a very sunny west facing balcony. The balcony is in the very quiet Innenhof/inner courtyard. There is under floor heating and a central airing system throughout the flat.
It is lovingly and fully furnished.
The flat is extremely central, convenient and secure. It is part of a "Altbau" building with an entry from Kaiserstrasse.
Walking distance to all the restaurants and public transport options of Bahnhofsviertel. 5mins walk to the Main.
Quick 15minute to the airport directly from the central main station.
Dates are somewhat flexible.
For me the subleasing of my flat should be only to someone I can trust with my home.
No WG, so preferably a single person or a couple.
