Biete eine Wohnung in einem Mehrfamilienhaus (4 Wohneinheiten, 1 Gewerbeeinheit. Carglass, kein Lärm!) in Frankfurt Bergen-Enkheim, direkt an der Ubahnstation Enkheim, hier die Daten:
- ca 50 qm, fast überall Dachschrägen
- 2 Zimmer im Dachgeschoss. Grundriss anbei
- Laminat in den Wohnräumen
- Bad gefliesst, mit Badewanne
- Sehr große Küche, gefliesst
- Alle Zimmer bzw. Räume mit Fenstern
- Normale einfache Ausstattung
- Liegt direkt an der Vilbeler Landstraße, Hauptstraße in Enkheim. Daher ist es im Wohnzimmer bei geöffnetem Fenster hörbar
- Preis: 480 Euro Kaltmiete + 210 Euro NK (Heizkosten recht hoch, da nicht gedämmt)
= 690 Euro
- Keine Provision oder Maklergebühren, da direkt vom Eigentümer
- Kaution: 3 MM = 1440 Euro
