A fully furnished appartment is available for rent starting from 1st of
December. I really want someone to take (purchase) most of the stuff with
it (exceptions can be made), also individual elements can also be sold.
The rent is also
very reasonable. The renting cost is very good. The base rent is 531 Eur
per month. We roughly pay 55 Euros on top for electricity and gas. So sums
up close to 580.
The apartment is (as far as i remember) 50 sqt.mtr. The apartment is the
property of Deutsche Annington and you only pay roughly 300 Euros for
deposit and there is no provision involved. The terrase is also pretty big
and can fit in with a considerable size table and chairs.
The appartment is located in Rebstock Park, a very nice residential area in
midst of Bockenheim and Frankfurt West. Very good commute to local
transport and plenty of grocery shops at walking distance. Both Tram and bus stations are in 2 to 3 mins walking distance. The nearest tram station is "Leonardo da vinici alee".
I really want someone to take the apartment as it is with most of the belongings but exceptions can be made and it can also be taken partially furnished.
