We would like to find the next tenant for our spacious 2 bedrooms apartment (92m2 of living area), from 15.04 or 01.05. This is a newly built apartment (we are the first tenant for 1,5 years) with a big balcony (almost 20m2). There is lot of light with all glasses door from the living room, and the 2 bedrooms to the balcony. The kitchen is separated with the living room by an open wall so the functional spaces is clearly defined. The kitchen is fully equipped with all high quality AEG electrical appliances. The apartment also has a parking slot in the garage.

The apartment is located near the parking of Messe (Messeparkhaus). We are near the city center of Frankfurt (15min), but still easy access to A648, A5 within 5min so that we can avoid all the traffic jam of Frankfurt.

We have Apotheke and dm down the street, Rewe at the next block, a small play area next to Rewe, the large Europagarten is on the way to finish, Skyline Plaza in 5min (or 7min bus direct bus), Rebstockbad 7min walking. The main train station is 15min by bus or less by car. The subway U5 is on construction.

We are moving out of Germany so we also have some big furniture as bed, sofa, wardrobe and washer (Siemens) only used for 1,5 years if you are interested in.
