Vier Wochen Untermiete September in schöner möblierter 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Frankfurt-Bockenheim

Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchenden! (english version see below)

Meine Freundin und ich wohnen in einer schönen Wohnung am ruhigen südlichen Ende von Frankfurt-Bockenheim in der Nähe des Westbahnhofs, etwa 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß von der Leipziger Straße entfernt.

Wir sind nahezu den gesamten September auf Reisen in Südamerika und würde in dieser Zeit gerne unsere Wohnung untervermieten. Ganz offiziell, es ist mit dem Vermieter abgesprochen. Die Wohnung wäre verfügbar von Samstag, den 01.09.18 bis Samstag, den 28.09.18, vier Wochen. Am 29. würden wir dann wieder zurückkommen. Schlüsselübergabe müsste bis spätestens 31. August stattfinden.

Zur Wohnung:
Sie befindet sich im zweiten Stock eines Neubaus, mit Aufzug. Das Gebäude ist direkt gegenüber von einem Tegut Supermarkt (bis 22h geöffnet), dazwischen liegt ein kleiner Spielplatz. Es handelt sich um eine 2-Zimmerwohnung mit Küche, Bad und großem Balkon. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr geräumig und hell durch die großen Balkontüren und Fenster. Im Wohnzimmer sorgen ausziehbares Ecksofa, großer Holztisch und ein schönes Klavier für das Ambiente. Klavierenthusiasten dürfen das Klavier sehr gerne benutzen.
Im Schlafzimmer steht ein 1,60m breites Bett mit bequemer Memory Foam Matratze, Schreibtisch mit Bildschirm ist auch verfügbar. Im großen Kleiderschrank würden wir Dir/Euch selbstverständlich genügend Platz machen. In der Küche findet man alles, was man zum Kochen benötigt - und mehr^^ Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Waschmaschine. Zudem gibt es einen Garagenstellplatz. Internet (WLAN) ist natürlich auch vorhanden.

Verkehrsanbindung:
Der Westbahnhof ist zu Fuß etwa in 7-8 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Haltestelle "An der Dammheide" der Trambahnlinie 16 befindet sich unweit der Wohnung. Zur U-Bahn-Haltestelle (Linie U 4) Bockenheimer Warte sind es etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad ist man natürlich schneller^^.

Zum Untermieter:
Wir vermieten an Einzelpersonen, Paare, gerne auch mit Kind, suchen allerdings verantwortungsbewusste Menschen, denen wir ohne Sorge unser Hab und Gut für einen Monat überlassen können. Haustiere sind leider nicht erwünscht.

Dear people in need of a flat!

My girlfriend and I live in a nice flat in the rather quiet southern end of Frankfurt-Bockenheim, close to the Westbahnhof (Western train station) and by foot around 15-20 minutes away from the Leipziger Straße.

We will be on travels in South America for almost the entire month of September and wish to sublet our apartment during this period. It's going to be an official sublet, our landlord agreed to it. The flat would be available from Saturday 1st of September until Saturday 28th of September, a total of four weeks. We would have to pass you the keys on the 31st of August at the latest.

about the apartment:
The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a "Neubau" (built in 1999) which features an elevator. The building is located opposite of a Tegut supermarket (opens until 10 p.m.), with a little playground in between. The flat has 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom and a big balcony. The living room is spacious and a lot of light shines in through the huge glass doors/windows opening up the balcony. In the living room an L-shaped sofa that extends to a bed, a big wooden table and piano set the mood. Piano enthousiasts are welcome to use the piano. The bedroom features a bed of a width of 1,6m with a comfortable memory foam mattress as well as a desk with a screen. We would of course make enough room in the wardrobe for you.
In the kitchen you'll find everything you need for cooking - and more^^ There is a washing machine in the bathroom. Furthermore, in case you possess a car, you are free to use our parking space in the underground garage. An internet connection (wifi) is of course also available!

Public transport connections:
The Westbahnhof can be reached by foot in 7-8 minutes. The tram 16 passes in the Voltastraße, with the stop "An der Dammheide" about 200m from the apartment. You walk around 20 minutes to the metro stop of line U4 "Bockenheimer Warte", with a bike you'd of course be a bit faster^^

about the subtenant:
We would sublet our apartment to single persons and couples, with or without children. Pets on the other hand are not allowed. We are definitely looking for responsible persons that we feel comfortable leaving our belongings with for a month.
