Ich suche eine saubere und verlässliche Person für die genannte Dauer. Ich werde in diesem Zeitraum verreisen. Die Wohnung ist für max. 2 Personen zu vergeben. Ich möchte den Untermieter bitten meine Pflanzen zu gießen, das wäre nett.
Es handelt sich um eine moderne, schön eingerichtetete Wohnung mit voll ausgestatter Küche, moderenem Tagelichtbad, TV inkl. Amazon Prime / Netflix, Highspeed Internet 100 MB/s. Das Schlafzimmer 2 ist jetzt ein Arbeitszimmer mit zwei Monitoren, falls man arbeiten muss. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt.

I am renting my 3 bedroom apartment under.
I am looking for a clean and reliable professional person for the mentioned period. I will be traveling during this period. The apartment is for rent for max. 2 persons. I would like to ask the subtenant to water my plants, that would be nice.
It is a modern, nicely furnished apartment with fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, TV incl. Amazon Prime, Netflix highspeed internet 100 MB/s. Bedroom 2 is now a study with two monitors in case you need to work. The apartment is clean and well maintained.

Die liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung ist 3 min von der Busstation "Römischer Ring" entfernt, welche zum Hauptbahnhof fährt (12 min). Supermarkt (REWE) ist fußläufig erreichbar und zur Autobahn sind es exakt (2 min). Parkmöglichkeiten sind viele verfügbar, da die Wohnung in einer Siedlung mit Einfahrtsbeschränkung liegt.

Supermarket (REWE) is within walking distance and to the highway it is exactly (2 min). Parking facilities are many available, as the apartment is located in a settlement with entry restriction.
