Ich suche zum 15.9. einen Nachmieter/in für meine 2 Zimmerwohnung in Bornheim. Momentane Miete berträgt inkl. NK 427 Euro, allerdings hat der Vermieter angekündigt, dass sich die Miete etwas erhöhen wird, ich schätze ca. 100 Euo. Es handelt sich um eine Altbauwohnung 2 Zimmer, Küche und Bad. Ich selbst habe über 9 Jahre dort gewohnt, es sind junge angenehme Leute im Haus, es ist ein ruhiges Haus.
Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock. Es müssen ein Hochbett, das vom Schreiner eingebaut wurde sowie Teile der Küche übernommen werden, hierfür ist ein Abstand von 1.500 Euro fällig (nicht verhandeltbar).
