Fully functioning apartment with new electric oven, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine.
We are renting/sub-letting our apartment semi-furnished for a period of 1 year (negotiable). This includes kitchen, curtains, light fittings, flooring etc.
The Space
Our apartment has two rooms that can be used as bedrooms. These are separated by a long corridor.
There is also a new Kitchen, Bathroom/Shower and a dining room.
The main bedroom looks towards the inner courtyard and it is therefore very quiet giving you great privacy.
The high ceilings and long windows make the atmosphere serene and welcoming.
Location
The apartment is in an excellent location. 30 seconds from the U4, bus and Berger Strasse. Our neighbours are polite and friendly. The U-Bahn is most suited to take you anywhere in the City in no time at all. There is also a bus stop directly outside the apartment and a taxi rank nearby.
Parking can be a little difficult during the evening as drivers compete to find a space but is easier during the daytime.
The Neighbourhood
Berger Strasse is the place to be in Frankfurt! Very lively, with great bars, all sorts of restaurants, smart shops coffee shops, bakeries, supermarkets and a street market on Saturday. Everything within walkable distance.
We are intending to go travelling for a period of time and would like to keep our apartment so that we have the option to return at a later date.
Currently, there are also a number of items such as a sofa bed, dining table and wardrobes which we intend to move/sell, however, these items may be permitted to stay if we can come to an agreement.
