Hi I’m Igor and I’ll Airbnb out my lovely place for the first time as I’ll be traveling for a month.
My apartment is in a great location:
10 min walk to the city center
5 min walk to the river (Main)
1 min walk to train stations (S-Bahn Ostendstr, U-Bahn Zoo)
25 min nonstop train ride to airport
8 min train ride from central station (Hauptbahnhof)
The apartment has a cozy living room, very comfortable leather couch, bedroom with a big bed (1,60*2m), fully loaded kitchen
What I love about my apartment is the great location and how comfortable everything is.
Relax on the cozy leather couch with Netflix on the flat screen, treat yourself with a fresh self made smoothie from the mixer or enjoy a lovely nespresso from the coffee machine. Use the George Forman style grill. Or get delicious food just around the corner. There are also supermarkets within 2 minute walking distance. Feel free to use the laundry machine, dryer and dish washer. Take a bath with the fresh remodeled bath tub. Do some work or reading at the office space with the monitor in the bedroom. You’ll have WiFi access throughout the place. You’ll have at least two closets for yourself. 4 people can live here comfortable, if you’d like to come with more people you can bring your air mattress or I can try to arrange something for you. If you have any questions hit me up, I speak English, German, Russian and a bit French. During my absence my friends and family (who live close by) will be there for you if you need any help.
