Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen Bornheims an der Seckbacher Landstraße. Dank neuer Verglasung ist die Wohnung trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig, zum Hinterhof raus besonders. Außerdem ist die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel dank der U4 Station Seckbacher Landstraße direkt vor der Haustür hervorragend. Die Berger Straße mit vielfältigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Kino ist zu Fuß rund fünf Minuten entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Rewe, Aldi, Bäcker und Apotheke sind in maximal fünf Minuten erreichbar. Auf der anderen Straßenseite außerdem ein Waschsalon und etwas weiter eine Textilreinigung. Mit der U4 ist man außerdem in rund fünf Minuten in der Innenstadt an der Konstablerwache. Wenn der Balkon nicht ausreicht, ist man in kürzester Zeit im schönen Günthersburgpark.

The apartment is located in the heart of Bornheim at the Seckbacher Landstrasse. It's very quiet thanks to new windows. The location is almost perfectly situated in terms of proximity to public trasport with the subway U4 station Seckbacher Landstrasse directly in front of the house. The Berger Strasse with all its amenities, shopping, restaurants, bars and movie theater is in walking distance (around five minutes). A small Rewe super market, Aldi, a bakery and pharmacy are all nearby. In addition, there is a laundromat right across the street. The subway will take you to the city center within five minutes (Konstablerwache). Furthermore, the Günthersburgpark is only a few streets away.

Vermietung nur für den gesamten Zeitraum, über das genaue Datum können wir aber gerne sprechen. Untervermietung nur mit Vetrag, Kaution beträgt 1300 EUR.
Die Vermietung kann nur an eine Einzelperson erfolgen, leider keine WG's. Keine Tiere, keine Raucher. Bitte schreibt mir ein paar Zeilen über Euch und bringt eine ausgefüllte Selbstauskunft zum Besichtigungstermin mit (oder direkt als Anhang). Gerne beantworte ich Eure Fragen per Mail.
Besichtigungstermine sind individuell vereinbar, wahrscheinlich aber am ehesten am Wochenende möglich.

I only sublet the apartment for the entire duration of 6 months, however, I am happy to discuss any date. The sublet has to be agreed by contract and includes a deposit of 1300 EUR. This is a one person apartment. No pets, no smokers. Please give me a short description of yourself and provide me with a tenant self declaration (Mieterselbstauskunft) either during the apartment tour or prior. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me via email. I'll try to get back to you as soon as possible. If you would like to tour the apartment we can agree on a date, however, I'll most likely would offer you some time on the weekends or after work.
