I have to finish my contract abroad and therefore I'm looking for a person to rent my apartment for the next 4 month. I'm looking for a single person, no party people please. The price includes all the costs like electricity, internet, GEZ, insurance, furniture use.
Its completely furnished and has everything (accept dishwasher) what you need for the daily needs.
Da ich vorübergehend im Ausland arbeite , suche ich einen Untermieter für meine Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist aufgrund der Einrichtung nicht WG-geignet.
Vorzugsweise an eine einzelne Person! Im Mietpreis sind alle Kosten enthalten. Kaltmiete, Nebenkosten und Kosten für Strom, Internet, Hausratversicherung.
Sie ist vollständig eingerichtet und bietet (außer einem Geschirrspüler) alles was man zum täglichen Leben braucht.
Es ist ein ruhiges Haus, ohne Party-people oder ähnlichem. Und so soll es auch bleiben.
GEZ, Versicherung, Strom und Internet sind im Gesamtpreis enthalten. Des Weiteren erhebe ich eine pauschale, da die Wohnung komplett möbliert ist. Diese ist im Gesamtmietpreis enthalten.
Die Wohnung ist fußläufig 2min von der U-Bahnhaltestelle Seckbacher Landstraße U4 entfernt, zur oberen Berger Str. sind es mit dem Fahrrad 3min.
Aldi, Nahkauf und andere Geschäfte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein großer REWE, sowie TEGUT, Apotheke, Rossmann, Baumarkt sind mit dem Fahrrad in 5min zu erreichen
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, von dieser geht ein Weg ab der bei Joggern sehr beliebt ist. Ebenfalls ist der Günthersburgpark und Wasserpark nur 5min entfernt.
