Ich biete hier eine möblierte 3-Zimmer Wohnung mit Balkon und Tageslichtbad zur UNTERMIETE. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen. Sämtliche Möbeln sind da (u.a. Smart-TV, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Staubsauger, Schreibtisch, Esstisch mit Stühlen, ....). Schnelles Internet (über Kabel) und Kabelfernsehen ist auch vorhanden.
Auf dem Balkon kann man schön entspannen. Rauchen wäre dann somit auf dem Balkon möglich. Die Wohnung wäre am besten geeignet für eine 2er od. 3er WG. Natürlich kann man es auch alleine bewohnen, wenn man möchte.
Hello, this apartment is full furnished. It's furnished with all the nesserary furnitures and things needed for living (e.g. Smart-TV, Washing mashine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, desk, dining table with chairs,...). It's provided with speed internet (100 MB) and WIFI. Cable TV is also included. On the balcony you can relax and also smoke, if wanted. Although it's near the Ice-Skating Arena of Frankfurt, it's nonetheless calm. This apartment fits best for 1 to 3 persons. But also 4 would be possible (e.g. 2 couples). Pls let me know, if you have any questions.

> mit Autobahnanschluss
In der nahen Umgebung hat man sehr viele Möglichkeiten, sich sportlich zu betätigen:
> einer der größten Sportvereine (TG Bornheim) ist gleich um die Ecke; da kann man fast alle Sportarten ausüben; kostet nur 12 € im Monat
> Ostpark: eignet sich sehr gut zum Joggen, Fußballspielen oder andere Sportarten auszuüben
> EZB Sportpark: Basketball, Fußball, Skaten, Calisthenics, Bodyworkout
