This Loft is very bright and spacious, with a large terrace. It's nice and quite, since all windows go to the terrace (not street side). The 4,20 high ceilings contribute to an amazing feeling of space.

towels, sheets etc. included, WIFI is as fast as it gets (1000 Mbit/s down, 50 Mbit/s up) and there's even a cross trainer to stay fit.

The flat is a "Loft" in the sense that the sleeping area is located behind a piece of wall, but there is no door to be closed. We keep a paravent (folding screen) in the passage between. The bathroom and toilet (where washing machine and tumble-dryer are also located) have doors and can be closed off so that noise + privacy questions are solved.


Parking in the garage is possible (80eur extra )
Located directly next to the Messe exhibition area, 4 minute walk from the popular "Skyline Plaza" mall, and a 10 minute walk from the main station. Breakfast places, restaurants, food stores - everything you might need is just around the corner.
