Da wir in unsere eigentum Haus einziehen, suchen wir ein solvent Nachmieter/n für unsere 50m² Wohnung.
Rühige,helle 2 zimmer wohnung in Gallusviertel nähe Galluswarte S-Bahn Station. Die Wohnung ist circa 50 qm und besteht aus zwei Zimmer (Schlafzimmer und Wohn+Esszimmer) ,flür, einbauküche (von Vermieter), badezimmer mit badewanne und separate WC.Mietzeitraum ab: 01.09.2021. Die wohnung liegt im 1.O.G eines gepflegten und ruhigen mehrfamilienhaus (hinterhaus) ohne aufzug.Die nachbar sind ruhig und sehr hilfsbereit.
Wichtig: Unsere Möbel müssen gegen ein Abstand (VB) übernommen werden.
Sehr gute lage für alles: S-Bahn, Strassebahn, Bus, Einkaufmöglichkeiten etc. 6 min zu füß zu Galluswarte S-Bahn station.Nächste Straßenbahn haltstelle ist 1-2 minuten zu füß entfernt. Es gibt Rewe und Penny innnerhalb von 60-70 m. Lidl, Aldi sind 5-6 minuten gehweg.
Die Wohnung ist für ein Pärchen geeignet.
