The apartment is for two people, and has one big room-balcony attached (for 1 person), one medium and one small room (for the other person). The medium and small rooms are shown in the picture, which were previously my rooms. Both the rooms are not furnished. There is a bathroom with a bathtub/shower, toilet, sink; and is furnished as shown in the pictures. There is a guest toilet right next to the bathroom. The kitchen is furnished with oven, microwave, refrigerator, dish washer and washing machine, everything purchased by me and my previous flatmate together.
When you enter the apartment, there is a hallway and shoe-shelves, on the left there are: the small room, the guest toilet, the bathroom and the bedroom respectively. At the end of the hallway is the kitchen, and then on the right is the big room with balcony.
The apartment is located in a quiet, peaceful residential area, with 8 minutes walking distance from Ginnheim train and tram station. There is a Lidl in a 10 minute walking distance and a Rewe, which is also 10 minutes by walk. The Niddapark is 20 minutes walk away from the apartment.
There is a private yard shared by our building and the next building, and you can relax there whenever you feel like.
The Frankfurt airport is 20 mins drive from here, and easily accessible by trains as well.
To go to downtown, you can take bus M34 from Europaturm to Dornbusch and then take U bahn to the center (approx. 15-20 mins). To go to the HBf you can directly take tram 16 from Ginnheim.
Me and my flatmate, whom I lived with in my previous shared flat and bonded really well, rented this amazing apartment together since mid of 2022. However, sadly she is moving out soon to live together with her boyfriend. She was living in the big room with balcony and I decided to take over the room, while looking for a new flatmate to live with for my rooms. We always used to share the balcony so you are welcome to use the balcony as well.
About me: I am from India, 25yo F living in Germany for 2 years now. I am a pretty easygoing person, and really appreciate honest and open communication regarding anything, while respecting each other's boundaries. I am usually mostly at the university during the day, and I live in Tokyo for couple of months during the year due to my PhD work. I would love to get along with my flatmate, occassionaly making plans to hangout or just be spontaneous to explore or do anything fun, or just do nothing together haha ;) I am an extroverted person. I love going to techno raves, having my friends over occassionally to hangoout, and watching anime on a lazy day XD This apartment is like a second home to me so I try my best to take good care of it, and I appreciate someone who share similar values regarding it.
