The room is fully furnished with wardrobe, drawers, desk and a bed with built in storage. The bed can also be extended from a single to a double very easily. The room has high ceilings, and tall window allowing plenty of sunlight in.
Laminate floors run throughout the house, apart from the kitchen and bathroom, where both are tiled. The bathroom is shared, is clean and bright and has both a shower and a bath. There is also storage in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully furnished, very spacious and comes complete with a dishwasher, microwave, oven and washing machine.
The location is fantastic - a short ten minute walk to the centre of Höchst for shopping and restaurants, and a ten minute walk to the beautiful river Main area which leads to the entrance of Höchst Old Town. Just a three minute walk to the train station and bus stops, Frankfurt city is just a ten minute train ride away, and the S-Bahn and regional trains run frequently.
We are looking for a room mate who is respectful, friendly, clean & tidy. You will be sharing the apartment with two lovely, friendly ladies, both fluent in German and English, 24 and 30 y/o respectively. We often hang out together or share meals, so are looking for someone who would do the same.
