We are looking for a new tenant (the flat is ideal for a couple) to take over our beautiful, 3-room furnished flat in Neu-Isenburg.
You can have the flat furnished, semi-furnished or empty. All of this furniture is provided by the owner, so you wouldn't have to pay extra for it. We only had to buy a desk (Ikea Galant, black), two chairs and a drawer unit. All this furniture is like new (bought in February) and we are selling it with a 30% discount from the original price, making a total of 270€ (rounded down).
Optional: We'd also be willing to sell some additional stuff to the next tenants rather than using eBay:
1. LG 47" Smart TV - Cinema 3D LED: Bought in April 2014. Like new, we still have the box, 3D glasses, plastics around the TV, etc. Original price: 699€, asking for 550€.
2. Ironing board Vileda 123045 Viva Express: In perfect conditions. Bought for 35€, asking for 20€.
3. Airbed Pillow Rest Blue "Queen". In perfect conditions. Only used for a week. Bought for 47€, asking for 30€.
For the purchase of all of these, we'd also be willing to leave all the plates, glasses, cutlery, frying pans, bed sheets, etc... for FREE!
The flat is located in a beautiful area. Right in front of the flat is the bus stop for the line 51, and it's less than 10 minutes away walking to the forest or to the tram stop (Line 14, stop Neu-Isenburg Stadtgrenze, included in the Frankfurt area). The big shopping centre Isenburg Zentrum is only 5 minutes away walking, and in there you can find a Rewe, Netto, Saturn, Müller, some opticians, a pharmacy, several places to eat, and many other shops. Basically, you would have everything you need only 5 minutes away from home. Since we started living here, we haven't had the need to do absolutely shopping in Frankfurt. There is also a primary school and a park very close to the flat (around 3-4 minutes away).
Electricity costs: we pay 84€/month, using the PC, laptop and TV quite a lot, but the previous tenant payed around 55€/month so it just depends on how much you use.
Internet: we have a contract with Unitymedia, and 150 MBit of internet speed. You can check the rates on the Unitymedia website if you are interested. We pay 40€/month at the moment.
It's also possible to rent a private parking place for 35€/month.
