Frisch renovierte Wohnung in Neu-Isenburg (nah an Frankfurt Stadt-Grenze) zu Vermieten. Die Wohnung wurde modern und hell eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist eine 1-Zimmer Wohnung. Allerdings wurde das Schlafzimmer von Wohnzimmern mit Wand und Glastür getrennt.

Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und wohnbereit. Einfach persönliche Sachen mitbringen und einziehen. Nach Bedarf können auch Bettwäsche und Küchen-Sachen zur Verfügung gestellt.

Die Wohnung eignet sich sehr gut für Wochenende-Pendler die in Frankfurt (und Metropolregion) arbeiten, Internationale Studenten/Doktoranden oder Leute die kurzzeitig (von 3 bis 24 Monaten) in Frankfurt (und Metropolregion) berufstätig sind.

Die Wohnung wird NUR möbliert und befristet vermietet. Mietvertrag kann nach Bedarf verlängert werden. Die Warmmiete (990 EUR) wird mit Nebenkosten pauschal berechnet; Strom ist inklusiv.

Recently renovated apartment for rent in Neu-Isenbrug (close to the Frankfurt city border). The apartment has a modern and clean decoration. Originally, the apartment had only 1 room. However, a wall with glass door was built to split bedroom from living room; the bedroom does not have a window.

The apartment is completely furnished, ready to move in. You only need to bring your personal belongings. If necessary, things like bedlinen can also be provided.

The apartment is well suited for people who work in the Frankfurt area during the week and drive home on the weekends, international (Ph.D.) students or professional who are allocated in the Frankfurt area for a short time (from 3 to 24 months).

The apartment will ONLY be rented furnished and for a limited time. However, the termination date of the rent-contract can be extended if necessary. The rent of 990 EUR includes all utilities and additional costs, charged as a lump sum.
