geschnittene Zimmer und einen kleinen Kellerraum. Sie ist teilweise frisch renoviert. Es handelt sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung ohne Schrägen (4. Stock, leider kein Aufzug). Die Kaltmiete beträgt EUR 680 mtl.,
die Nebenkosten EUR 180 mtl. (inkl. Heizkosten) zzgl. Strom. Die Wohnung ist ideal für ein junges Paar,aber auch eine 2er WG ist denkbar.
