ich ziehe aus meiner wunderschönen Wohnung mit Skylineblick im Frankfurter Nordend, da ich mit meiner Freundin zusammenziehe und wir uns gemeinsam eine neue und größere Wohnung suchen. Zimmer, Küche und Bad sind komplett eingerichtet und die Wohnung verfügt über alles, was man benötigt!
Die Wohnung wird für 2.5-3 Monate befristet vermietet, da der Vermieter die Wohnung im Anschluss übernehmen wird und nicht mehr neu vermietet.
Im schönen Frankfurter Nordend, sehr nahe zur Haltestelle Musterschule und Eis Christina. Rewe direkt um die Ecke.
Sehr nah am Friedberger Platz und der Berger Straße.
In kurzer Zeit zur Konstablerwache, zum Main, zum Grüneburgpark oder zum Günthersburgpark.
U-Bahn, Straßenbahn und Bushaltestelle in unmittelbahrer Entfernung.
Auch perfekt gelegen, um die Gegend kennenzulernen und ggf. nach Anschlusswohnungen zu suchen.
Die Wohnung werde ich zunächst vollmöbeliert lassen und gegen Ende deiner Mietlaufzeit langsam auflösen. Bis auf ein paar Küchengeräte wie Kaffeemaschine & Co. bleibt ebenfalls in der Wohnung - das meiste gehört dem aktuellen Vermieter.

Dear apartment seekers,
I will be moving out of my beautiful apartment with a skyline view in Frankfurt Nordend, as my girlfriend and me will be moving together in a bigger apartment. The apartment is fully furnished and there's everything you may need for a living. The tenancy contract is limited to 2.5-3 months as the owner will move in after this period and there will be no subsequent tenant.
The location is very central (parks, inner city, public transport) is all within walking distance. And there's a supermarket right at the corner (and a lot of restaurants and cafés as well)!
