I am offering my large apartment in Oberrad for the month of July as I am working on a project in Hamburg. Oberrad is a rather residential district, it abuts on lovely Sachsenhausen.
The flat (65sqm) is on the 1st floor, the apartment on the ground floor is let to a nice young woman with her 3-year old daughter. The landlady lives in the building next door; the entire atmosphere in the house as well as on the property is very friendly, and I would love for my sublet to respect that. Please note: I just moved in to the flat two months ago, and haven't managed to buy a bed yet. There is a cosy mattress, but no “actual“ bed frame.
Apart from the bedroom, there is a huge living room, a bright and big kitchen, a newly-made bathroom with bath tub and shower, and a dressing room. The flat comes with all furniture as shown in the pictures.
The flat is 10 min (by foot) away from the river Main; during summer, there is a lovely “Biergarten“ within walking distance, called “Gerbermühle“. Buses and the tram bring you to Hauptbahnhof in 25 minutes, and Lokalbahnhof in Sachsenhausen is just 10 minutes away (by bus).
