Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Grenze zwischen Frankfurt und Offenbach. Mit S-Bahn kann man innerhalb ca.15 Min. Frankfurt Zentrum erreichen. Am Wochentag faehrt je ca.5 Minuten ein S-Bahn ab. Die S-Bahnstation ist zu Fuss 6 Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist ca.70 qm2, hat 3 zimmer: Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Arbeitszimmer. Ein 6qm2 groesse keller ist vorhanden. Ein Balkon ist auf der westlichen Seite. Eine Einbaukueche inkl. Geschirrspueler, Induktionskochfeld, Dunstesse, Kuehlschrank sowie Mikrowelle, gerne mit vernuenftigen Preis uebergeben. Die Wohnung ist unmoebliert, aber wir koennen ein paar Moebel verschenken, z.B Badmoebel, Einzelbett, Schreibtisch, Buecherregal usw. In der Naehe gibt es viele Einkaufsmoeglichkeit, Supermarkt, Post, Bank, Restaurant alle sind innerhalb 1-10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist in einem gut Zustand, wurde vor ca. 3 Jahre renoviert. Der Fluss Main ist auch in der naehe, zu Fuss ca. 10 Minuten. Garage und Stellplatz sind auch zu vermieten. Berufstätige / Familien werden bevorzugt!
