Da sich mein Jobeinstieg durch die derzeitige Situation noch bis mindestens September verzögert, möchte ich meine Wohnung bis dahin untervermieten.
Die Wohnung wurde gerade neu bezogen und eingerichtet und verfügt über alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs.
Da ich erst ab frühestens September wieder in Frankfurt sein muss, würde die Wohnung dir gehören.
Dir stehen Wohnzimmer, Schlaf-/ Arbeitszimmer mit Balkon und die Küche zur freien Verfügung. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, vom Geschirrspüler bis zum Pizzastein. Im Wannenbad steht eine Waschmaschine. Direkt vor der Haustür kannst du den von mir angemieteten Parkplatz nutzen.
Alles ist voll ausgestattet, selbst Bettwäsche und Handtücher könnten ggf. gestellt werden.
Gesucht wird daher ein ordentlicher und sauberer Mieter, der meine Sachen pfleglich behandelt.
Besichtigung gern auf Anfrage.
Termine sind in gewissem Rahmen flexibel.
Kaution wird erhoben.
Preis für eine Person, für 2, 890€.

I’m subletting my 3 room apartment as due to current conditions I won’t have to start work in Frankfurt until earliest September.
The flat was just newly furnished as I was supposed to start working in Frankfurt beginning of April. The flat is close to the Ledermuseum station, just minutes from the centres of Frankfurt or Offenbach. The neighbourhood offers a good selection of restaurants and stores.
The flat has 3 rooms plus a separate kitchen. The living room and bedroom with balcony as well as the kitchen are at your disposal. The bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine.
The flat is fully equipped, the kitchen has all cooking equipment necessary and if you wish, even linen and towels can be provided.
I am looking for a calm and orderly tenant who is looking for something temporary to get started in Frankfurt. As even in September I will likely only be in Frankfurt in a part time basis, the contract might be prolonged and changed to a flatshare contract after end of August.
Price for 1 person. 890€ for 2 people.
