Die Wohnung liegt in der Ostendstraße (ruhige Straße) mit beiden Fenstern Richtung Sonnenseite (Main / EZB).
S-Bahn wie auch Straßenbahn sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Dasselbe gilt auch für diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (REWE, DM, Aldi etc).
In dem Haus gibt es mehrere WG's und insgesamt viele junge Menschen was gerade für Studenten und junge Leute angenehmen ist.
Wohnung:
Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei miteinander verbundenen Zimmern + ein kleines Bad mit Dusche.
Die Küche kann durch den kleinen Flur betreten werden.
Hier fehlt jedoch eine Einbauküche die vom Mieter selbst installiert werden müsste.
Die Abstandszahlung beinhaltet einen Herd mit Ofen im guten Zustand so wie neue Jalousien an den beiden Fenstern. Zudem kann die Waschmaschine übernommen werden.
Der Vermieter bevorzugt ein festes Gehalt ist jedoch gegenüber Studenten nicht abgeneigt.
Die 200 Euro für Herd, Jalousien und kleine Renovierungen sollten vom Mieter übernommen werden.
!!!! Die Wohnung war mal eine Raucherwohnung. Nichtraucher und Leute mit empfindlicher Nase sollten sich im klaren sein das ein Grundgeruch vorhanden ist !!!!

The apartment is located in Ostendstraße (quiet street) with both windows facing the sun (Main / EZB).
S-Bahn and tram are only a few minutes away. The same applies to various shopping facilities (REWE, DM, Aldi etc).
In the house there are several WG's and altogether many young people which is particularly pleasant for students and young people.
Apartment:
The apartment consists of two connected rooms + a small bathroom with shower.
The kitchen can be entered through the small hallway.
However, there is no fitted kitchen which would have to be installed by the tenant himself.
The distance payment includes a stove with oven in good condition as well as new blinds on the two windows. In addition, the washing machine can be taken over.
The landlord prefers a fixed salary but is not averse to students.
The 200 euros for stove, blinds and small renovations should be paid by the tenant.
