Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hat 2 Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, ein Galeriezimmer, eine Wohnküche mit einer Einbauküche mit top Geräte, die zur Wohnung gehört, 2 Balkonen, eine Gasttoilette, und einen Parkplatz im Tiefgarage, u.a. Es wäre für ein WG für zwei Personen geeignet wegen der Design. (Die Fotos sind von der Expose vom unseren Vormietern; ich werde neue Fotos bald hochladen).
We are looking for someone to take over our beautiful apartment in Frankfurt-Rödelheim from 1. December or a few days earlier.
The apartment is approximately 110 square meters and the rent is 1050€ plus 250€ extra costs. The extra costs include heating, hot water, and basic cable. The apartment has two balconies, a beautiful kitchen with top appliances, two bedrooms, a living room, and gallery room. It is two floors and beautifully designed. Additionally it has one full bathroom and one half bath (Guest Toilet). A parking space in the garage is included in the rent.

Es ist sehr zentral in Rödelheim gelegt mit U-Bahn (U6 ca 10 Gehminuten), S-Bahn (S3, S4, S5 ca 7 Gehminuten) und Busse (34, 72 ca 3 Gehminuten) sowie alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs um die Ecke.
The apartment is very well located. You can walk to several S-Bahn and bus lines as well as the U6. There are many grocery stores, apothecaries, bakeries, restaurants, etc nearby as well as the beautiful Nidda Park and Brentano Bad.
