Hallo ich biete meine wunderschöne, gepflegte und saubere Wohnung ab Mai (auch April steht sie frei) zur Zwischenmiete bis Mitte Juni. Die Wohnung eignet sich für eine Einzelperson oder ein Pärchen.
Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert und hat alles, was man braucht: Wasch- und Spülmaschiene, Geschirr, Einbauküche, Schlaf- und Arbeitszimmer und sogar einen Garten zur Mitbenutzung, wo man in der Sonne oder im Schatten schön die Zeit verbringen kann.
Rödelheim ist ein grüner, ruhiger und angenehmer Stadtteil, der in 18 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof Frankfurt zu erreichen ist. Die Wohnung befindet sich 7 Min Fußweg von der S-Bahn Frankfurt-Rödelheim entfernt. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe: Rewe, Biomarkt, Lidl, Penny, türkische Lebensmittelläden, Blumenladen.
Auch die U-Bahn der Linie U7 ist leicht zu erreichen (Haltestelle Hausener Weg).
Mietdauer ist individuell verhandelbar. Man kann die Wohnung besichtigen bevor man einzieht.
