Ich suche Nachmieter zum 1.1.2015 (früher von 20.12.2014 auch möglich) für eine gemütliche EG-Wohnung in Sachenhausen, FFM.
Die Wohnung kostet: 292 (Kaltmiete) + 100 (Nebenkosten) + Strom und Gas.
Möbel, Lampen, Waschmachine, Kühlschrank und Herd usw. (fast alles) können teilweise übernommen werden. Kostet dann natürlich extra aber günstig.
Bitte melden Sie mich für Besichtigungtermin am Sontag 14.12.2014 14:00 - 16:00. Wenn Sie nach der Besichtigung noch Interesse haben und habe ich für Sie entscheiden, brauche ich baldmöglichst:
1. Kopien der letzten 3 Verdienstbescheinigungen bzw. Vermögensaufstellung.
2. Kopie der Personalausweise.
3. Aktuelle Schufa (solicitar ahora) -Auskunft.

I am looking for someone to take over my apartment on January 1st, 2015 (also possible to move in from 20.12.2014). The apartment is nicely located in Sachsenhausen, FFM.
The apartement montly rent: 292 (nett rent) + 100 (utilities and common charges) + Electricity and Gas
Furniture, lamps, washing machine, refrigerator, stove and almost all things inside the apartment are offered to be bought for a small price.
Please contact me for flat visit at Sunday 14.12.2014 14:00 - 16:00.
If you are still interested to rent it after the visit also I have decided to give it to you, I need the following asap:
1. Copy of 3 months salary slip.
2. Copy of your ID card, Passport.
3. Actual Schufa (solicitar ahora) -Auskunft.
