Da ich aus Frankfurt wegziehe, suche ich jemanden, der meine 2.5-Zimmer-Wohnung ab 15. September übernimmt (früheres Datum wahrscheinlich auch möglich).
Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer (13m2 und 9m2), Wohnzimmer, Küche, Badezimmer und Balkon. Zu der Wohnung gehört noch ein privates Kellerabteil. Die Wohnung ist sonnendurchflutet, gemütlich und ideal für Singles oder Pärchen.

I am moving out of Frankfurt and looking for someone to overtake my 2.5-bedroom apartment from 15. September (earlier date may also be possible).
The flat has 2 bedrooms (13m2 and 9m2), living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. In addition, there is also a private storage room in the basement. It is bright, cosy and ideal for a single person or a couple.
Das Anwesen ist von viel Grün umgeben und daher sehr ruhig. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Halltestelle Stressemannallee/Mörfelder Landstr.) und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (REWE, Bäckerei Cafe) sind etwa 3min zum Fuss entfernt.

Building is situated in a very green and quiet area. Public transport (tram stop Stressemanallee/Mörfelder Landstr.) and grocery shopping (REWE, bakery) are only ~3min on foot away.
Bevorzugt sind die Nachmieter, die einen Teil der Möbel übernehmen möchten – Die Küchenschränke würde ich gerne verschenken, aber ich gebe einige Sachen auch gegen einen reduzierten Ablösepreis ab (alles wurde als neu gekauft: 2 IKEA Hochschränke, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Ofen, Geschirrspüler, Waschmachine, Bett und Matratze, Wohnzimmersofa).
Bitte beachten: die Wohnung wird nur längerfristig vermietet. Strom, Internet und Rundfunkbeitrag sind NICHT in Nebenkosten enthalten.
Falls Sie Interesse haben, melden Sie sich bitte für einen Besichtigungstermin (28. Juni bis 04. Juli möglich).

Preference will be given to potential tenants who would be willing to take over parts of the furniture – I am giving away most of the wooden kitchen elements for free, but some other stuff would sell for a reduced price (all was bought as brand new: 2 IKEA high cabinets, fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, bed with mattress, living room sofa).
Please note, flat will be rented only to those planning to stay longer term. Electricity, Internet and license fee ("Rundfunkbeitrag") are NOT included in the Nebenkosten.
