Schöne 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Frankfurter Innenstadt (Süd) im SachsenHausen Bereich. Das Apartment wird ab dem 01. Februar 2022 zur Verfügung stehen.
Bei Bedarf kann das Apartment aber auch früher zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Sie müssen nur Ihr Gepäck mitbringen und anfangen zu leben. Alles ist eingestellt Perfekt.
1) Miete
Ca. 750 Euro/Monat (Warm Rent).
Strom + Wifi Anschluss + Radio Tax Extra
Kaution: 3 Monate kalte Miete (1767)
Internet Wifi: Bereits installiert für 30 Euro/Monat: Der neue Besitzer sollte das Wifi übertragen.
Strom: Mainova ist der Versorger. Die Verbindung muss auf den neuen Eigentümer übertragen werden
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert. Die Vermieter mieteten die Wohnung als leer und alle Möbel wurden von mir auf eigene Kosten eingerichtet (inklusive Küche). Also, ich würde gerne den nächsten Besitzer auswählen, der die Möbel übernehmen kann.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass die gesamte Einrichtung fast komplett neu ist, da ich gerade für 2 Monate in der Wohnung gewohnt habe. Sie können die Möbel bei einem Besuch des Apartments auschecken.

Beautiful 3 room apartment available in the Frankfurt city center (south) in the SachsenHausen area. The apartment will be available from 01st February 2022.
However, if required, the apartment can be made available earlier as well. You just need to bring in your luggage and start living. Everything is set

1) Rent
Approx. 750 Euros/month (Warm Rent).

Security deposit: 3 months cold rent (1770)
Internet Wifi: Already installed at 30 Euros/month: The new owner should transfer the Wifi.
Electricity: Mainova is the provider . The connection needs to be transferred to the new owner
The apartment is fully furnished. The renting company rented the apartment as empty and all the furniture was setup by me at my own cost (including kitchen). So, I would like to choose the next owner who can take over the furniture.
Please note that the entire furniture is almost completely new as i just stayed in the apartment for 2 months. You can check the furniture out when you visit the apartment.
