We are a couple and need to give up our beautiful home in Frankfurt. Our landlord is a very helpful, friendly, and respectful person. We are therefore helping him to find a new tenant who is just as friendly and kind. A couple or a single person are both possible as a tenant.

The bright and spacious two-room apartment is on the ground floor of a well-maintained building, available from October 1st onwards for a new tenant to make it their home for the long term.

The apartment is located in the quiet and beautiful Sachsenhausen-Süd, and it is very well connected (Südbahnhof is 8 minutes by walking). It is on a very quiet side street with lots of greenery and peace.

The area is lovely and residential. The cute cafes, restaurants, and nice shops for food are all within walking distance (ALDI, LIDL, HIT less than 10 minutes, Tegut 7 minutes).

The beautiful Frankfurt forest is also within a short walking distance. There is a Kita and kindergarten within short walking distance.

As seen from the photos, the apartment consists of a bedroom, a living/working room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub. It has 2 in-built wardrobes. It is the perfect size for a couple or a single person. Everything is made up of high-quality materials inside. We have a good relationship with our friendly neighbours in our building, and living here feels very chill and comfortable.

The new tenant needs to buy a fitted kitchen with the below-mentioned pieces of equipment for a reasonable price:
