Description of the apartment
This furnished apartment is on the 1st floor of an older free-standing house with garden and parking on the street. The apartment has a living-room, bedroom, kitchen with large eating area, full-bath with shower and a storage room in the apartment. It is ideal for a couple or a single person. The utilities are 120€ for one person or 200€ for a pair. The utilities include electricity, heat, water and W-Lan.
Location
The S5 train-stop, buses and the stores (Aldi and REWE) are within a very short walking distance. The train connection is usually excellent for reaching the Frankfurt city, the International Airport and nearby cities. The Autobahns A5, 66 and 661 are also easily accessible. An excellent bike path is near-by and well connected to Riedberg, Feldberg, Frankfurt city or open, flat fields.
Other facts:
There is a garage container for bikes, winter tires or a stroller. Private parking spaces on the property are available. A common washer and dryer can be used by all residents in the house. Smoking not is accepted.

Das Haus hat 5 Wohnungen.
Lage:
Das Haus steht frei und ist geeignet zum Spazieren oder Fahrradfahren direkt vom Haus aus.
ALDI und REWE sind zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. Der S5 Bahnhof und Busse zum Riedberg sind in Sichtweite. Die Fahrt in die Stadt oder zum Riedberg mit ÖPNV dauert 14 min.
ÖPNV, Autobahnen A5, A661 und der Flughafen sind gut erreichbar. Lebensmittelläden sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
Sonstiges
Es wohnen 10 Leute im Haus. Alle sprechen Englisch und kommen aus unterschiedlichen Ländern. Bisherige Mieter studierten sowohl auf dem mit Bus erreichbaren Riedberg Campus oder in der Stadt. Zurzeit machen manchen auch Home-office.
Waschmaschine und Trockner werden gemeinsam genutzt und mit Münzen bedient.
Wir legen Wert darauf, dass unser Haus rauchfrei ist.
Die Wohnung wird an eine Person oder ein Paar vermietet.
