We have a spacious free standing house at the S5 train-stop Weißkirchen-Steinbach. The residents of our house are non-smoking, international and have no pets. We speak English and German equally. There is one common washer and dryer available to all residents. The owners of the house live in the ground floor apartment.
All apartments are furnished.
There is parking on the street as well as parking places for an extra monthly fee of 30 €. ALDI & REWE are within a short walking distance. The S-Bahn, bus stop and bike path accesses Frankfurt or Riedberg easily. The fields and jogging paths and the view give a feeling of country combined with closeness to the city.
The apartment has 3 rooms, kitchen & shower. 2 rooms are fitted as bedrooms, one room is a common room. wlan is available. It may be used as a shared living flat. We prefer 2 people living in the apartment.
Utilities include electricity, water, heat, w-lan and housing. We ask 200 €/month and for 2 people.


Unser Mehrfamilienhaus liegt an der S5 Haltestelle Weißkirchen-Steinbach. Die Bewohner unseres Hauses sind Nichtraucher, kommen aus unterschiedlichen Ländern und haben keine Haustiere. Wir sprechen Deutsch und Englisch.
Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, der von den Bewohnern genutzt wird.
Parken ist möglich an der Straße oder ein Abstellplatz kann für 30€/Monat gemietet werden.
ALDI & REWE sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Die S-Bahn, Busse und Fahrradwege sind direkt am Haus. Frankfurt und Riedberg wird regelmäßig angefahren und die Freizeitmöglichkeiten sind durch Nähe zu Feld und Wald gut.
Das angebotene Apartment verfügt über drei Zimmer, Küche und Dusche. Es ist WG-geeignet. Wir möchten an bis zu zwei Personen vermieten. Nebenkosten schließen Strom, Wasser, Heizung, wlan und Hausgebühren ein. Für zwei Personen veranschlagen wir 200 €/Monat
