Nchmieter gesucht 2 Zm Wohnung in Westend mit Balkon

Hallo Zusammen,

I am moving into a new flat with my boyfriend on the 1st of June, when we are also going on vacation :-)

It all happened last week so now I am looking for a Nachmieter. Alternatively someone can move in for a few weeks (6 to 8 weeks) before I permanently rent the flat - I am flexible.

First floor, Zwei Zimmer (bedroom + living room) 54 squared meters + balcony with approximately 5 squared meters
It is well divided therefore very spacious. It is very nice for singles and couples but also possible o have a WG. There is a large basement (Keller) and an additional storage area on the top floor (Dachboden), storage space for bikes (Fahrradabstellraum), and an additional area to let your clothes dry. Furthermore, there is a garden for common use (Innenhof), it is very nice for barbecues! 

I started renovating the flat and purchased all the material. The flat is to be taken as is (wird unrenoviert übergeben) and there are a few things that I am selling with it (Abstand)

Washing machine - brand new with receipt 429€ - it hasn't been used yet!

We are moving into our new flat on June 1st and will organise visits next week (Besichtigungstermine werden nächste Woche organisiert).
