Das Gebäude war früher ein Hotel. In einem Keller gibt es einen Swimmingpool sowie eine Sauna, die kostenlos genutzt werden können. Die Lage ist sehr schön, Frankfurt Messe sowie das Stadtzentrum sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
Auch REWE ist direkt im Gebäude.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Vertrag zu übernehmen, dies ist jedoch nicht erforderlich.

One entire wall is made of glass, so the apartment is very bright. Also, there is a big tree in the front, so you have a feeling like you live in a forest. The building used to be a hotel. In a basement there is a swimming pool and a sauna which can be used without costs. The location is very nice, walking distance to Frankfurt Fair as well as city center.
Also REWE is within the building.
Possibility to take over the contract exists, but it´s not required.
