Zwischenmiete: Helle, gemütliche Wohnung für 3 Wochen

Die Wohnung ist perfekt angebunden, ob mit ÖPNV, Fahrrad oder Auto ist alles sehr gut erreichbar.

Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Krotzingerstraße ist in ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man dank des Radnetz in 15-20 Minuten in der Stadt.
Parkplätze gibt es in der Straße, man benötigt kein Anwohnerausweiß dafür.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Aldi, dm, Lidl,…) sind Fußläufig oder auch mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen. Ein Bäcker ist direkt um die Ecke.

Der einzige "Makel" ist die Autowerkstatt gegenüber, welche ab und an mal etwas lauter sein kann, aber mich im Alltag kaum stört.

Du benötigst eine Haftpflicht-Versicherung, dies wird vom Vermieter verlangt.
