Schöne helle Wohnung mitten in der Stadt. Wir machen im Dezember eine 4-wöchige Reise und suchen jemanden, der die Ferien in Freiburg verbringen möchte. Die Wohnung ist recht geräumig und verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein gemütliches Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sowie zwei Home-Office-Arbeitsplätze mit Monitoren. Die Wohnung wird zwischen dem 13. Dezember und dem 8. Januar verfügbar sein, auf Wunsch aushandeln wir jedoch gerne eine kürzere Mietdauer .

Lovely bright apartment in the middle of the city. We are going on a trip for 4 weeks in December/January and are looking for someone who is looking for temporary housing or to spend the holidays in Freiburg. The apartment is quite spacious, with a well equipped kitchen, a cozy living room and bedroom, and two home office workspaces with monitors. The apartment will be available between December 13 and January 8, but we would be happy to negotiate a shorter rent time if desired.
Direkt im Zentrum der Stadt gelegen, nur 5 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Die Wohnung liegt direkt über einem gemütlichen Café und Coworking Space (Cafe POW/Grünhof). Gleich hinter der Wohnung liegt das schöne Sedanviertel mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants und die historische Altstadt ist nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden und zu genießen!

Located right in the center of the city, only 5 minutes by foot from the main train station. The apartment is directly above a cozy cafe and coworking space (Cafe POW/Grünhof). Just behind the apartment is the nice Sedanviertel neighbourhood with many cafes and restaurants, and the historic Altstadt is just a 10 minute walk. A great base from which to explore and enjoy the city!
