Hey,
wir suchen Nachmieter für unsere Wohnung direkt am Europaplatz.
Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Zimmer á 20 m2, einer geräumigen Küche, Badezimmer, Abstellraum und einem großen Balkon. Geheizt wird mit Strom was gerade jetzt vorteilhaft ist.
Im Haus wohnen nur Studenten, dies möchte die Vermieterin auch beibehalten.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Innenstadt und hat mit dem Europaplatz eine perfekt Anbindung an die ÖNVP. Zudem liegen im 100m Umkreis Rewe, Edeke und Aldi. Von der Wohnung ist man auch ziemlich schnell im Schwarzwald ohne eine Straße überqueren zu müssen.
Da wir Nachmieter ab September suchen, würden wir die Besichtigung sobald wie möglich machen.
