Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig direkt am Waldrand in FR-Kappel im Osten der Stadt, mit der Bushaltestelle 2 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Der Bus fährt regelmäßig nach Littenweiler (10 Minuten), von wo aus Du mit der Straßenbahn in 20 Minuten im Zentrum bist.
Die Wohnung steht nur zur Zwischenmiete zur Verfügung: 29.08. bis 17.09., der angegebene Preis bezieht sich auf den Preis für eine Nacht. Ich vermiete die Wohnung nur wochenweise (230 Euro), zwei Wochen 450 Euro oder für den kompletten Zeitraum 500 Euro.
Die Wohnung ist ideal für ein Paar oder eine Person, aber Freunde (max. 2 Personen) können sich sicherlich auch arrangieren.
Beautiful apartment over two floors, about 80 m2, for your own use.
The apartment is located at Freiburg-Kappel, which is a valley in the east of the City. It is right next to the forest, very quiet, and in the night you can hear the little river, the owls and the wind in the trees.
Still it is close to everything: The busstop is 2 Minutes away with good conection to Freiburg-Littenweiler (10 minutes), where you can take the tramway that brings you into the center in 20 more minutes. We have a backery here as well as a little supermarked.
I rent the apartment only while I am away for vacacion, so it is all for your own use.
It has a kitchen with everything in it, a bathroom with both shower and tub, a guest-loo, a big living-room and a dormitory. Also you will have a huge terrase were you can enjoy the sun and relax.
There is internet and parking space right infront of the house.
As I rent the apartment only when I am away myself, unfortunately I will not be able to help you much while your stay here. Nevertheless I will provide you with all informations before.
