Hallo,
ab 01.08.2013 wird unsere schöne 3 Zimemr Wohnung frei, da wir auswandern :).
Aus diesen Grund lassen wir auch fast die komplette Einrichtung unserer Wohnung drin, dass heißt alle notwendigen Geräte sind schon vorhanden( Spüma, Wama,Kühlschrank, Sofa etc.).
Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer ( 12m² und 18m²) und einem großen Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche (ca.30m²).Da die Wohnung im Dach liegt, gibt es viele Schrägen und einen schönen großen Balkon.
Die Wohnung liegt in Kappel, Grenze Neuhäuser. Es ist eine ruhige und grüne Umgebung. Zu den ÖPNV braucht man ungefähr 10 min.
Die Wohnung ist in PH nähe, von daher für Studenten gut geeignet! Wir freuen uns auch über eine WG :)
